From the Manufacturer Arlington NMSC50-1 Screw-On Straight Non-Metallic Liquid-Tight Connector, 1/2 Inch. screw-on straight connectors for use with non-metallic, liquid tight conduit, type B and flexible non-metallic tubing. Arlington's straight and 90° screw-on connectors give conduit installations a more finished appearance. the outer body of the fitting overlaps the conduit, to hide the cut ends as it is screwed on. When fully tightened, the fitting's internal taper squeezes against the outside of the conduit to form a superior liquid-tight seal. Made of UV rated plastic for long outdoor life.
